At Yosfer, we craft every piece with care and confidence that you’ll love wearing it. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward, customer-first return and refund process is designed to make things right—no hassle, no hidden fees.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items purchased from Yosfer, provided that they meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item is unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging. 

Time Frame: The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, and once shipped, we are unable to cancel them. However, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request and issue a refund.

4.Refund & Return Process Breakdown

Step 1: Get in Touch to Start Your Return

You don’t need to jump through hoops. Choose whichever way works best for you:

Your Account: Log in to our site, head to your order history, and hit “Request Return” on the relevant order.

Our Support Team: Send us an email with your order number, and we’ll send you all the details you need within 24 hours, including your unique return authorization code.

Step 2: Send It Back

For U.S. orders, we’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label—just print, attach, and drop it off.

International customers can use the shipping method of their choice, as long as you mark your package with the return authorization code we provide. We’ll cover standard shipping costs for eligible returns.
